Ask us about the availability of our tents for the dates you require, let us know how many people you need space for, where you are planning to camp and we will confirm whether we can help.
If we do have availability, we will hold the booking for 24 hours while you get confirmation from the campsite of your choice.
Make sure the pitch sizes are large enough for the tents you require - see our tents section for measurements.
Please check that the campsite are happy for The Little Beach Bell Company to pitch the tents on your behalf.
Email us back to let us know your pitches are confirmed with the campsite and we will proceed with your booking by sending out a Booking Form.
Please complete this within 24 hours of receipt via email.
We will then send out an invoice to you.
Please note that our prices are for the hire of our tents and basics pack only.
Fees charged by your chosen campsite must be paid directly to the campsite in accordance with their own booking policy.
Now all you have to do is turn up and your tents will be ready and waiting for you!
Make sure you check in at your chosen campsite reception to let them know you have arrived. You may also be required to pay for your pitches at this point, if you haven't already paid in advance. They will tell you about the site facilities and any rules and regulations, and will direct you to your pitch where you will find your bell tent waiting.
We will ensure that your tents are secure until you arrive. Please read the email we send during the week before your stay - details of how to access the tents will be included. If there are any problems, we can be contacted by phone.
Take a look around and make sure you have everything you have asked for, read the safety information left in the tent and familiarise yourself with its zips, guy ropes and the rest of the kit. Then pop on the kettle or pop open the fizz, sit back and relax!
Please make sure you leave the beds and other equipment inside the tents as you found it.
Make sure that the tent is stable and secure with guy ropes tethered correctly when you leave it. Remember to check out with campsite if you are required to. We will be along to clear the site as soon as possible after your departure. Please make sure you place all your rubbish and recycling in the correct bins before you leave - Norfolk is a wonderfully clean county and we like to keep it that way!
